Stephanie loves to share her passion for yoga with others, and strives to constantly grow as a student and teacher through daily practice. She is also an avid dancer, primarily focusing on modern dance, belly dance, and conscious dance practices. When she is not practicing yoga or dancing, you can usually find Stephanie in a garden, in the water, spending time with her partner George and their cats, reading, or knitting.

“Yoga is about awareness, about being fully present in each moment and, thereby, in our lives. Yoga teaches us to use the body, breath, and mind as tools to assist us in heightening our level of conscious awareness, day to day. I encourage my students and clients to live the healthiest lives possible. I strive to help them enrich their lives and reduce the effects of stress through yoga, body awareness, and mindfulness”.
