MISSION STATEMENT: The Rutland Parks Foundation was formed in 2018 as a 501c(3) non-profit to assist Rutland City and the surrounding communities with fundraising to provide outstanding resource opportunities. All of us at RCPF believe that accessible parks, recreation sites, and programming are essential to the sustained health of our community.
