Join us for the annual Rutland Youth Theatre Holiday Fair, a fundraiser supporting young artists, performers, and local crafters. Shop local and enjoy a special sneak peek of Rutland Youth Theatre's winter production, with a performance by the cast during the fair!

NEW THIS YEAR: Choose Your Vendor Space & Tables Are Included!

  • 12x6 Space: Includes 1 8-ft table

  • 12x12 Corner Space: Includes 2 8-ft tables

  • Electricity is available in certain sections, included in the fee.

  • Reserve your space exclusively through our website. Account creation is required; please log in if you already have one. When selecting your space, be sure to choose the date: November 23, 2024.

Vendor Guidelines:

  • Vendors may bring their own stands but must place a carpet or mat underneath to protect the flooring.

  • Please bring any materials you may need (extension cords, tape, etc.).

  • If using glitter, sparkles, or similar materials, kindly assist with cleanup.

  • No tents are allowed, and nothing adhesive should be placed on the flooring.

  • Two chairs per table will be provided upon request (please specify during registration).

  • Set-Up Times:

    • Friday, 3 PM – 7:30 PM

    • Saturday, starting at 7 AM. All vendors must be ready by 8:45 AM.

Payment Information:
Once accepted into the fair, payment is required within 10 days. If payment is not completed within this time frame, your space will be released to another vendor.

Important: To avoid scams, we only send invoices through our official billing system (Rec1/CivicRec). We will never request payment via Venmo, PayPal, or other methods.

 

Visitors to the craft fair can expect a delightful range of unique and handcrafted items perfect for holiday shopping or treating yourself. Artisans like Sew Happy by Dianne will offer custom fabric bags, wallets, and notebooks, while Mountain Treasures will feature toys, gift-ready bags, and collectibles. Dress a Girl Around the World presents handmade goods like aprons and jewelry that support a global mission. Shoppers will find children's books from Paper Pie, freeze-dried candy and pottery from Grateful Vermonter, and various Christmas ornaments and rustic decorations by Handcrafts.

Jewelry lovers can explore diverse options from High5Classic, Nick’s Custom Creation (wooden earrings and coasters), Simply Sparked (clasp-less, custom-fitted jewelry), and eco-conscious pieces by Studio E and Bates Creates. Cowherd Clay Co offers unique clay pins, magnets, and accessories, while Creations By Candra and Handmade by Little Red bring beaded jewelry, suncatchers, crocheted toys, and wearables.

For home décor, find hand-painted signs and ornaments from Acorn & Slate, recycled artwork by Cake to Canvas, and premium soy candles by Wicked Clean Candles and Smyrski Candle. Cozy knitted and crocheted items from Nancy and Marlene Knits and hot/cold packs by Handmade by Tonya make perfect gifts, as do wreaths and floral arrangements from Barbs Decor of Wreath & Flower.

Gourmet treats like caramels from Fat Chef Confectionary and canned goods by Janet Cassarino are on hand for foodies, while skincare lovers can browse whole-body products from Advocate for Perfectly Posh. Original paintings and original paint-pouring art, coasters, jewelry, and more by DEB HIGGINS ART add a personal touch to any space, as do fragrances and decor from A Scent of Success.
